Orientation Day/First Day

Orientation for the new school year will be held on August 26th, 2019. The classroom doors will open at 8:15am. Please drop your children off and spend some time to help them feel comfortable in the classroom. At 9am please come to the Daly Hall for our orientation presentation. There will be a short presentation and time to sign up to be Room Parents or PAG (Parent Action Group) members (see the notes below about what these are). We would also like to introduce you to our Preschool Committee members. We will have some refreshments available and we hope to spend time getting to know you and each other. Please set aside around 1-1.5hours for the orientation. We look forward to seeing you all there.

The class will be open during the orientation time and your children will enjoy their very first day while parents are at the orientation. Daisy and Tulip classes will be open until 12pm, and Sunflower and Rose classes will be open until 3pm. If you wish to pick up your child early on the first day, please feel free to do so. Chibi/Clover afternoon classes will be open until 5pm from the first day of school.

Online sign up for afternoon classes will be uploaded in mid-August. Please check our website.

Please see the attached parents handbook and calendar for information. We will soon send out vehicle information forms for NON-EWA members, and a questionnaire about t-shirt sizes.
