Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided for any reason.

Health Exclusions are not grounds for refunds.

Funds are non-transferable and non-changeable.
Once payment is made you agree to abide by the decisions of EWA concerning exclusions related to your child’s health
condition.

Please be aware of this policy before you make your online registration.

Conditions of Application for New Students and NEW NON EWA Members or those who have attended camp previously-

Seats are very limited, and are not guaranteed.

Registrations will be open for a limited period of time.

Seats are NOT allocated on a first come first served basis.

(due to our system crashing in 2023 because of the high volume of traffic on our website, applications will be open for a set period of time. You do not need to submit your application on the opening date, seats will NOT be allocated based on the first application, or in order of application)

Seats will be allocated on availability and priority.

Applications for NEW applicants will be open from April 15th until May 6th, 2024.

All application’s will be accepted within this time frame, no new applications will be accepted after May 6th, 2024.

Seats will begin to be assigned from May 13th, 2024.

Please make your application in English. Applications in Japanese will not be processed.

Offers of seats will be emailed out from May 13th, and must be accepted within 2 business days. Invoices will then be issued and 2 weeks will be provided for payment deadline.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or in person at the American Embassy Compound.

For payments made by bank transfer must include:-

the invoice number
your child’s name
an emailed photograph of the ATM receipt or screenshot of your computer confirmation page that payment has been transferred.
send the photo to – REPLY to ALL – from the email in which the invoice was sent to you.

SEATS WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS RECEIVED.

SEATS WILL BE RE-ALLOCATED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE DUE DATE.
